Michael Symon, a Food Network Iron Chef and James Beard winner, brings his world-class Cleveland BBQ restaurant, Mabel's BBQ, bringing a Las Vegas inflection to the classic American culinary tradition. Chef SYMON's CLEVELAND STYLE Is a pork-centric BBQ and features many of the flavors Eastern Europe both in its rubs and through the use of sauerkraut and pickles. The thin vinegar-based brown mustard sauce features Cleveland's own Bertman mustard. Mabel's BBQ will always serve FOOD YOU CAN TRUST. All of our house-smoked meats are from humanely raised animals that have never received antibiotics or added hormones. The venue is a vibrant, high-energy restaurant, Mabel's BBQ will feature barbecue favorites like Smoked Brisket and Pork Belly, served by the half-pound, alongside sandwiches, 'pig parts and classic sides. The Palms location will feature a back patio complete with games, 150+ beers, 100+ bourbons, a weekend all-you-can-eat brunch, a custom food truck, with over 20 TVs to catch your favorite sports matchup and a monthly UFC PPV viewing party. The Las Vegas outpost of Mabel's will also feature Sara's, a French-American style Supper Club.
